Brief Introduction
TONY Pellet Making Machine is a multi-functional ring die pellet maker for solid pellet production. This pellet making machine adopts vertical ring die extrusion principle to compress loose raw materials into solid uniform pellets, widely used in biomass energy, organic fertilizer and feed processing industries.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Pellet Making Machine
Raw materials are crushed and homogenized to get uniform particle size, moisture adjustment is performed to reach optimal 13–19% range. Prepared materials are continuously fed into pelletizing chamber. Roller and ring die squeeze raw materials under pressure to form pellets relying on natural binding components. Hot pellets are conveyed to cooler for stabilization, then screening and packaging.
