Brief Introduction
TONY Cottonseed Hull Granulator is a heavy-duty ring-die pellet equipment developed for cottonseed hull fiber processing. It compresses loose cottonseed hull into dense pellets, which can be used as biomass fuel pellets or roughage pellets for ruminants. It realizes high-value resource recycling of cotton processing byproducts.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Cottonseed Hull Granulator
Cottonseed hull → shredding and fine crushing → impurity removal → moisture adjustment → screw feeding → ring die and roller high-pressure compression → pellet cutting → air cooling → finished cottonseed hull pellets. Raw fiber length is controlled below 5mm before pelleting.
