Harvested agricultural waste is crushed to break stalk materials into fine fragments, drying controls material moisture at 13–19%. Homogenized agro residues are fed into pelletizing chamber. Roller and ring die squeeze biomass raw materials, natural lignin binds particles to form solid pellets. Fresh hot pellets go through cooling, sifting and automatic packaging procedures.
