Brief Introduction
Root Wood Pellet Machine is TONY vertical ring die pelletizing host built to process tree root residuals. Tree roots contain dense, rigid fibers that bring high compression challenges. This pellet mill presses crushed root wood fragments into dense, uniform biomass pellets. It suits logging yards, forest waste recycling plants to turn discarded tree roots into premium export biofuel pellets.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment IsRoot Wood Pellet Machine
Crush tree roots into small fragments → sieve out stones and metal impurities → dry raw root chips to 12~15% moisture → internal lifting knife feeds crushed root material steadily into pelletizing chamber → ring die and roller apply high-pressure extrusion → adjustable blades cut extruded strands into pellets → counter-flow cooling → sieve fine powder → pack finished pellets. Screening step removes hard impurities that may scratch ring die.
