Brief Introduction
TONY Wood Sawdust Pellet Machine is an industrial ring die Pellet Machine for timber mill residues. It processes mixed wood sawdust generated during log cutting and wood processing, turning waste sawdust into high-density biomass fuel pellets. It can adapt to unstable raw material composition from sawmill daily production.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Wet Sawdust Pellet Machine
Raw mixed wood sawdust first removes metal and large impurities. Moisture content is adjusted within 12–18%. Sawdust flows into pelletizing chamber. Friction heat activates wood lignin, rollers press sawdust through ring die holes. Formed pellets are cut by blades, transported to cooler, then screened to separate fine powder.
