Brief Introduction
TONY Branch Wood Shavings Pellet Machine is a custom ring-die pelletizing device built for combined tree branch and wood shaving residues. Forest thinnings and planer shavings feature inconsistent fiber shapes; this mill adopts upgraded feeding and extrusion structure to convert the mixture into solid biomass pellets. It serves small and medium recycling plants that collect both logging branches and woodworking shavings simultaneously.

Core Equipment Is Branch Wood Shavings Pellet Machine
Tree branches are first chipped and crushed, then blended with wood shavings. The mixed material is screened and adjusted to 12–17% moisture. The homogenized blend enters the pelletizing chamber. Rollers apply pressure to activate natural lignin within wood fibers. Materials are extruded through ring die holes, cut into pellets, then transported for cooling and sifting to remove fines.
