Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Poplar Pellet Machine
Collect poplar branches and sawdust → crush oversized fragments → sieve bark and impurities → dry raw poplar material to 12~15% moisture → internal lifting knife feeds poplar particles evenly into pelletizing chamber → ring die roller extrusion → adjustable blades cut pellets → counter-flow cooling → sieve powder → pack finished poplar pellets.
