Brief Introduction
Pine Pellet Machine is TONY vertical ring die pellet mill for general pine wood residuals. Pine wood contains natural resin which may cause die clogging. TONY’s modified compression design reduces resin sticking and manufactures high-heat pine biomass pellets. This machine is widely deployed in pine forest waste processing plants and international pellet export projects.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Pine Pellet Machine
Crush pine branches, logs and wood scraps → remove bark and foreign debris → dry pine raw material to 12~15% moisture → internal lifting knife feeds pine particles evenly → ring die roller high-pressure extrusion → adjustable blades cut pellets → counter-flow cooling → sieve powder residues → bag finished pine pellets.

2. Rotary Bracket: Reinforced rotary bracket reduces vibration from pine bark mixed feedstock.
