Brief Introduction
Mixed Wood Pellet Machine is TONY vertical ring die pelletizing host for multi-species mixed wood waste. Raw material may mix pine, poplar, birch and other wood types with different lignin and resin levels. This pellet mill handles variable mixed wood feedstock and produces stable mixed wood biomass pellets for general biofuel markets.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Mixed Wood Pellet Machine
Blend different types of wood residues → crush mixed wood materials → sieve stones, metal and oversize debris → adjust moisture to 12~15% → internal lifting knife homogenizes mixed wood particles and feeds into pelletizing chamber → ring die roller high-pressure extrusion → adjustable blades cut pellets → counter-flow cooling → sieve powder → pack mixed wood pellets.
