Oak Pellet Machine is TONY vertical ring die pelletizing host for oak hardwood waste. Oak wood is dense, tough and abrasive, creating high compression load. This heavy-duty pellet mill converts oak sawdust, furniture offcuts and oak branch waste into high-energy hardwood pellets, serving furniture factories and premium hardwood pellet exporters.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Oak Pellet Machine
Gather oak furniture scraps and oak branches → crush into fine wood particles → sieve sand and metal contaminants → dry oak raw material to 12~14% moisture → internal lifting knife feeds dense oak particles into pelletizing chamber → ring die roller high-pressure extrusion → adjustable blades cut pellets → heavy-duty cooling → sieve fines → pack oak pellets.
