Wood Pallet Pellet Machine is TONY vertical ring die pellet mill for waste wooden pallet recycling. Waste pallets contain hard timber fragments, residual paint and occasional grit after nail removal. This heavy-duty pellet mill processes crushed pallet wood into biomass pellets, serving pallet recycling centers and logistics park waste disposal projects.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Wood Pallet Pellet Machine
Shred waste wooden pallets after nail removal → crush pallet timber into small fragments → sieve residual metal and grit → dry pallet wood fragments to 12~15% moisture → internal lifting knife feeds pallet wood fragments steadily → ring die roller high-pressure extrusion → adjustable blades cut pellets → heavy-duty counter-flow cooling → sieve powder → pack finished pellets.
