Processing Technology

Collect merbau timber scraps and sawdust → crush oversized wood fragments → remove sand and metal contaminants → dry to 12~14% moisture range → internal lifting knife feeds dense merbau particles steadily into pelletizing chamber → ring die and roller high-pressure extrusion → adjustable blades cut pellets → heavy-duty counter-flow cooling → sieve powder → package finished merbau pellets.
