Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Acacia Wood Pellet Machine
Chop acacia thinning logs and branches → crush into wood particles → screen excess bark fragments → dry raw acacia material to 12~15% moisture → internal lifting knife feeds acacia material evenly → ring die roller high-pressure extrusion → adjustable blades cut pellets → counter-flow cooling → sieve powder residues → bag finished pellets.
