Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Demolition Waste Wood Pellet Machine
Raw demolition wood waste first goes through shredding and metal removal to separate nails and hard impurities. The crushed wood pieces are screened and moisture adjusted to the optimal range. Prepared wood material enters the pellet chamber, compressed under mechanical pressure through ring die holes, then cut into solid demolition waste wood pellets. Finished pellets are cooled and screened for packaging.
