Core Equipment Is Radiata Pine Pellet Machine
Radiata pine branches, slabs and logs are chipped and crushed into fine pine sawdust. The pine material is dried to reduce excess moisture and control resin viscosity. Qualified radiata pine particles are fed into the pellet chamber, compressed through ring die holes under mechanical pressure and cut into pellets. Hot finished pellets are cooled and screened to remove fine powder before packaging.
