Processing Technology

Raw wood materials are crushed to uniform fiber size and screened to remove metallic impurities. Material moisture is regulated to 12–18%. Processed wood fiber enters the pelletizing chamber. Rollers compress wood fiber against the rotating ring die. Frictional heat activates inherent wood lignin to bond particles. Formed pellets pass through die holes, get cut to target lengths, then proceed to cooling and screening for finished products.
