Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Bamboo Powder Pellet Making Machine
Bamboo waste is first pulverized into fine bamboo powder, drying treatment adjusts powder moisture to 12–18%. Qualified bamboo powder enters pelletizing chamber. Roller and ring die squeeze bamboo powder, natural lignin inside bamboo softens under friction heat to bond particles into pellets. Hot bamboo pellets go through cooling, sifting and final packing.
