Brief Introduction

Working Principle

The molding process of the Coffee Shell Pellet Mill is physical high-pressure extrusion molding without adding any adhesive, and the whole working process is environmentally friendly and pollution-free:

First, the raw coffee shell materials are pretreated (crushed and dried) to reach the standard particle size and optimal moisture content (12%-18%) suitable for molding of the Coffee Shell Pellet Mill. Then the qualified coffee shell raw materials are evenly sent to the pelletizing chamber of the Coffee Shell Pellet Mill through the feeding system. Driven by the motor, the ring die and pressure roller of the Coffee Shell Pellet Mill rotate relatively, generating strong extrusion friction force. Under continuous high pressure, the loose coffee shell materials are tightly compressed and extruded stably through the die holes of specific specifications. Finally, the built-in cutting device of the Coffee Shell Pellet Mill cuts the strip-shaped materials into uniform cylindrical pellets. After cooling and screening, the finished coffee shell pellets with high compactness are obtained.
