Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Straw Fuel Pellet Press Machine
Harvest straw is first shredded to shorten fiber length and screened to separate stones and foreign contaminants. Material moisture is adjusted within 14–18%. The chopped straw enters the pelletizing chamber. Rollers apply mechanical pressure to squeeze straw fibers. Frictional heat activates natural binding components inside straw biomass. Extruded pellets are cut, transported into cooling equipment and screened to remove fine straw fragments.
