This 2–2.5 ton/hour waste wood pellet line is a compact biomass pelleting solution specially designed for small and medium-sized wood processing plants, furniture factories and waste recycling stations. It can process various waste wood materials, including leftover timber, offcuts, discarded boards and mixed wood scraps, solving the problems of waste wood stacking occupation and high disposal cost.
The complete production line integrates crushing, impurity removal, drying, pelleting, cooling, screening and automatic packaging units with a compact layout and small footprint. It features a low investment threshold and suits projects with limited workshop space and unstable raw material supply. Targeting the complex composition of mixed waste materials, the line is equipped with iron and sand removal modules to effectively protect the ring die and rollers and reduce the consumption of wear parts. The finished pellets can be customized to 6 mm or 8 mm, featuring stable combustion and moderate ash content. They are widely supplied to small boilers for bathing, heating for homestays and mini heat supply units.
The production line achieves moderate automation, requiring only 1–2 operators for on-site supervision.
