Brief Introduction
TONY Wood Powder Pellet Machine is a specialized ring die pelletizer developed for finely ground wood flour generated from wood grinding operations. Ultra-fine wood powder easily floats and bridges; this machine adopts fully sealed feeding and compression structure to press fine powder into compact solid pellets. It suits manufacturers producing fuel pellets, filler pellets and incense raw pellets from ground wood powder.

Core Equipment Is Wood Powder Pellet Machine
Fine wood powder is screened to remove coarse impurities. Moisture is calibrated to 12–16%. Qualified wood powder flows into the sealed pelletizing chamber. Roller pressure compresses tiny wood particles tightly together. Friction heat activates inherent lignin, binding fine powder into solid pellets. Extruded pellets are cut, cooled and screened to separate unconsolidated fine powder.
