TONY Branch Wood Pellet Machine is a vertical ring die pellet mill customized to convert tree branches, twigs and forest pruning waste into premium biomass pellets. It effectively turns scattered branch waste into valuable solid fuel, ideal for forestry waste recycling projects.

Raw branches go through chipping to cut long branches into small chips, hammer milling to crush chips into fine powder, moisture adjustment to reach 10–15%, then feeding into pellet chamber for high-pressure extrusion, pellet cutting, cooling and screening to get finished branch wood pellets.
