Brief Introduction
Chinese Fir Pellet Machine is TONY vertical ring die pellet mill designed for Chinese fir forest residues. Chinese fir carries mild resin and soft light fiber. TONY optimized compression cavity to reduce resin sticking, converting fir logging waste into clean-burning biomass pellets, widely used for domestic heating and local boiler fuel projects in forest regions.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Chinese Fir Pellet Machine
Collect Chinese fir branches and logging residuals → crush into wood particles → sieve bark and foreign debris → dry raw fir material to 12~15% moisture → internal lifting knife feeds fir particles evenly → ring die roller high-pressure extrusion → adjustable blades cut pellets → counter-flow cooling → sieve powder → pack pellets.
