Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Willow Wood Pellet Machine
Harvested willow branches are chipped and shredded into fine willow particles. Fresh willow material is dried to reduce moisture content. Prepared willow raw material is fed into pellet chamber, compressed mechanically through ring die holes, cut into willow pellets. Hot pellets are cooled and screened to remove fines.
