Brief Introduction
TONY Chicken Manure Pellet Making Mill is specialized ring die granulating equipment for poultry waste recycling. It converts fermented chicken manure into uniform organic fertilizer pellets. This unit solves the pollution problem of chicken farms and turns poultry waste into marketable organic fertilizer products, fit for small family poultry farms and large commercial fertilizer factories.

Core Equipment Is Chicken Manure Pellet Making Mill
Fresh chicken manure first goes through dewatering, aerobic fermentation and crushing to remove pathogens and reduce moisture. After material mixing and moisture adjustment, qualified compost enters the pellet mill. Under roller extrusion, raw materials are pressed through ring die holes to form cylindrical pellets. Hot pellets are then sent to cooling and screening procedures to obtain finished chicken manure fertilizer pellets.

Suitable Raw Materials
Fermented chicken manure, chicken litter, poultry bedding mixed with chicken droppings, small amount of straw powder and rice husk as conditioning auxiliary materials.
