Brief Introduction
TONY Fallen Leaf Pellet Machine is a biomass pelletizing device specially developed for seasonal fallen leaf waste. This fallen leaf pellet mill crushes and compresses dried fallen tree leaves into compact biomass pellets. Municipal sanitation teams and park management departments can process autumn leaf waste into green fuel instead of open burning.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Fallen Leaf Pellet Machine
Collected fallen leaves are cleaned to remove sand and debris, then shredded. Leaf material is dried to reduce high natural moisture. Dry leaf powder is fed into pellet chamber, compressed under pressure and sliced into fallen leaf pellets. Fresh hot pellets are cooled and screened before packing.
