Brief Introduction
TONY Animal Feed Granulator is a general-purpose ring-die feed pellet system. It converts mixed powdered compound feed into uniform cylindrical pellets for all kinds of farm animals. This machine is the core unit for medium and large feed factories producing complete formula feed.

Core Equipment Is Animal Feed Granulator
Multi-ingredient feed powder → proportioning and mixing → steam conditioning → feeding into pelleting chamber → roller and ring die extrusion → cutting → cooling and sifting → finished animal feed pellets. Steam and moisture parameters are adjusted for different feed formulas.
