Light, airy wood shavings sourced from timber manufacturing workshops go through screening to extract metal impurities; moisture levels are tuned to the ideal forming range before uniform delivery into the pellet chamber. Natural lignin inside wood activates under high mechanical pressure and binds loose shavings into solid pellets, then hot pellets proceed through cooling, powder screening and finished product packaging.
